(“Ultra”)(TSX.V-ULT) announces that, in connection with the previously announced consolidation of its share capital on the basis of a one new share for three old shares, it will be changing its name to Empire Rock Minerals Inc. Both the share consolidation and change of name are subject to TSX Venture Exchange acceptance for filing.
