Mark Patchett, President, Chief Executive Officer and a director:
Mark has enjoyed a career in public markets that spans over 15 yrs. He was a founding member of Capstone Mining Corp. and oversaw the spin out of Silverstone Resources Corp. from Capstone, later to be acquired by Wheaton Precious Metals Corp. Mr. Patchett also served as corporate communications manager for Elgin Mining Inc., a gold producer located in Sweden, prior to its acquisition by Mandalay Resources Corporation.
Frank J. Garofalo, Director
Mr. Garofolo has more than 30 years of experience in financial markets. He has held such roles as Senior Vice President in the Investment Banking division of PaineWebber (now UBS) and as a Director and Senior Consultant at Arthur D. Little. Mr. Garofolo holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, a Master of Science degree in Computer Systems Engineering from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Harvard University.

James Boyce, Director:
Mr. Boyce successfully operated a private computer hardware business for 26 years which he sold in 2010. Mr. Boyce has over 22 years’ experience as a public company director and currently serves as President and a director of Goldbank Mining Corporation and as a director and CFO of Totally Hip Technologies Inc. Mr. Boyce has served on audit committees of several public companies throughout the years. Mr. Boyce holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Simon Fraser University.

Mr. Brydle is the founder, owner and operator of a technology consulting business and has over 26 years of experience in director and officer positions with various publicly traded companies.
Ronald Hughes, Director:
Mr. Hughes has more than 25 years of experience as a self-employed employed exporter of building supplies and housing packages and as a clothing manufacturer and has more than 12 years of experience as a director with publicly traded companies.
